Yorkshire and Derbyshire based Accounting & Business Advisory & Financial Advisers, Sutton McGrath Hartley have set up a new Residential Mortgage <\/a><\/span><\/strong>company to further enhance the group\u2019s offering to clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SMH Residential Mortgages will be headed up by a new\nPartner, Dan Lukic, who has over 15 years\u2019 experience working in the sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Going forward SMH clients won\u2019t need to seek professional\nmortgage advice outside of the group, or work with advisers they don\u2019t already know,\nsafe in the knowledge that SMH can provide a complete financial service within\none group of companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jonathon Dickens,\nPartner at SMH comments:<\/strong> \u2018It has always been part of our long term plan to\nset up new companies within the SMH group to handle the ever growing range of\nfinancial needs of our clients, this is a perfect additional service to help\nachieve this objective. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA larger number of our clients have residential mortgages,\nwhether it\u2019s on their own home or on a residential property they rent out, therefore\nit makes perfect sense for us to bring this service in-house.
